• Eigenständiges Ausbildungsnetzwerk: Planung und Einführung eines autark, vom Firmennetzwerk unabhängiges Ausbildungsnetzwerks für praxisnahe Ausbildung. Anbindung von Arbeitsplätzen für Fachinformatiker Auszubildende sowie CNC-Anlagen und 3D-Drucker.
• ZF PhotoBox: Eigenständige Entwicklung eines Tools zur Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Ausweisfotos. Automatische Gesichtserkennung (Kopf, Augen, Mund) und normiertes Zuschneiden für Werksausweise. Einsatz bei Onboarding-Massenterminen.
• Digitalisierung einer Fachabteilung: Vollständiger Ersatz manueller Excel- und Access-basierter Prozesse durch eine maßgeschneiderte Applikation mit durchgängiger Anbindung an Produktionslinien. Enthält Wareneingang, Prozesssteuerung und Warenausgang.
• Pick-to-Light-Lösung mit SPS: Integration in den vorher digitalisierten Prozess. Sensoren werden nach Reinigung gescannt, ein Leuchtpunkt zeigt das korrekte Lagerfach an. Ziel: Vermeidung von Verwechslungen bei äußerlich identischen Bauteilen.
• KursKompass: Digitales Informationssystem zur Darstellung geplanter Schulungs- und Lerninhalte für interne und externe Mitarbeitende. Anzeige auf zentralen Displays mit Tages- und Raumbezug.
• Messespiele für Marketing & Ausbildung: Entwicklung interaktiver Python-basierter Spiele mit Raspberry Pi und Sensorik (z. B. Dash Bounce, Gravity Racer, Glücks-Regal) zur Bewerbung technischer Ausbildungsberufe.

Ausbildungsmarketing & Mediengestaltung

Parallel zur Ausbildungstätigkeit verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Erstellung und Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen für den Ausbildungsbereich. Ziel ist es, junge Zielgruppen anzusprechen und die Ausbildungsberufe authentisch, modern und medienwirksam zu präsentieren.

• Gestaltung und Produktion von Printmaterialien (Plakate, Flyer, Broschüren) in ZF-Corporate-Design
• Konzeption und Umsetzung von Videoprojekten für Social Media (z. B. TikTok, YouTube, Reels)

IT Solutions Engineer & Trainer

Responsible for training in the field of digital networking as well as planning, developing and implementing practical digitalization solutions within the company. Focus on Python, microcontrollers, Linux, databases, and process automation.

• Standalone training network: Designed and implemented an autonomous IT infrastructure independent of the corporate network. Integrated workstations for apprentices, CNC machines, and 3D printers to enable a modern, flexible, and secure learning environment.
• ZF PhotoBox: Independently developed a tool for creating and editing ID photos. Automatic facial recognition (head, eyes, mouth) and standardized cropping for company ID cards. Used during onboarding events.
• Department digitalization: Complete replacement of manual Excel and Access-based processes with a custom application fully integrated with production lines. Includes incoming goods, process control, and outgoing goods.
• Pick-to-light system with PLC: Integrated into the previously digitalized process. Sensors are scanned after cleaning; an indicator light shows the correct storage bin. Goal: avoid mix-ups of visually identical components.
• KursKompass: Digital information system for displaying scheduled training and learning content for internal and external employees. Displayed on central screens with daily and room-specific context.
• Trade fair games for marketing & training: Development of interactive Python-based games using Raspberry Pi and sensors (e.g. Dash Bounce, Gravity Racer, Glücks-Regal) to promote technical training professions.

Training Marketing & Media Design

In addition to training responsibilities, responsible for the conception, creation and implementation of marketing initiatives for the training department. The goal is to appeal to younger audiences and present training professions in an authentic, modern and media-effective way.

Praxiserprobte IT-Ausbildung – kontinuierliche Weiterbildung

Meine IT-Kompetenz basiert auf über 34 Jahren intensiver, praxisorientierter Tätigkeit in der Informationstechnik. Bereits in der Schulzeit habe ich mich selbstständig in Themen wie Computertechnik, Netzwerke, Programmierung und Elektronik eingearbeitet – angetrieben von Neugier, Ausdauer und dem Anspruch, Lösungen zu verstehen und zu verbessern. Dieses Wissen wurde über Jahrzehnte hinweg kontinuierlich vertieft und in der Praxis eingesetzt – oftmals mit größerer Tiefe als in klassischen IT-Ausbildungen.

Im Mai 2021 wurde meine fachliche Qualifikation durch die IHK im Rahmen eines strukturierten Anerkennungsverfahrens offiziell bestätigt – mit dem hervorragenden Ergebnis von 98 von 100 Punkten im Bereich Fachinformatik. Zusätzlich habe ich erfolgreich den IHK-Ausbilderschein nach AEVO erworben und bilde seither eigenverantwortlich Fachinformatiker aus.

Im Rahmen meiner Qualifizierung und Einarbeitung bei ZF wurde ich außerdem gezielt im Bereich Elektrotechnik geschult. Die dort erworbenen Kenntnisse ergänzen meine praktischen Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Microcontrollern, Sensorik, SPS-Technik und industriellen Schnittstellen.

Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker Maschinen- und Systemtechnik

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkt auf technische Systeme, Prozessverständnis und mechanische Komponenten – eine fundierte Grundlage für spätere Automatisierungs- und IT-Projekte mit Schnittstellen zur Technik.

Hands-On IT Training – Continuous Development

My IT expertise is based on over 34 years of intensive, hands-on experience in information technology. As early as school, I independently explored topics such as computer technology, networks, programming, and electronics – driven by curiosity, persistence, and the ambition to understand and improve solutions. This knowledge has been continuously deepened and applied in practice over the decades – often with more depth than in traditional IT training programs.

In May 2021, my professional qualification was officially recognized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) through a structured accreditation process – with the outstanding result of 98 out of 100 points in the field of IT. Additionally, I successfully obtained the IHK trainer certificate (AEVO) and have since been independently training IT specialists.

As part of my qualification and onboarding at ZF, I also received targeted training in the field of electrical engineering. The knowledge acquired there complements my practical skills in working with microcontrollers, sensors, PLC technology, and industrial interfaces.
